TRAFFIC 2012 is now in full swing as Rick and Howard kicked things off this morning. Last night was the officially start of the conference with the opening night cocktail party. It was really nice getting to the show early and watching the progression and changes in dynamics each day. What started out as a handful of us has now become hundreds of Domainers from all over the world, it’s a very solid group and the opening night cocktail party was a great chance to catch-up with everyone. Great food, great drinks, great music, great people, hard to beat that.
After the cocktail party there were a couple parties at nearby venues and then the usual fun in GGG’s room going later into the night, or morning depending on how you look at it. As you all know I never blog about parties and nightlife, it’s a lot of fun and yes you do have to be here to experience it.
Today I’m looking forward to the keynote and then the auction, I have a good list of names I’ll be bidding on and I think the format this year will make for some very competitive prices geared towards Domainers rather than end users. Of course I’m not going to mention what I’m bidding on but I’m happy to share what I buy once it’s all said and done.
