So as humans we are creatures of habit. I’ve found that for myself, especially when it comes to buying expired domains. For years now I’ve been buying at essentially two places – Go Daddy Auction and Park.io.
The other day I was thinking to myself, why do I keep using the same services? Of course, you could say if it’s not broken don’t fix it, at the same time, I probably could use more automated tools and other services than the two I use today.
I don’t buy as many domains as I used to since I run a startup so pretty much spend an hour or two on the weekends looking at domains and that’s it. In the past, I would bid on names daily and I spent a LOT more money acquiring names.
Last year I split my investment dollars between crypto and domains…which right now is looking like quite a big mistake given that crypto has taken one heck of a bath. So looking at 2019 I think domains are probably going to once again be my primary investment vehicle and expired domains are where I’ve always found the most value.
So I’d like to pass the mic to you and hear where you’ve been buying expired domains and any cool tools you’ve used to automate the process in any way. I want to hear from you – comment and let your voice be heard!
