I had a different post planned for tonight but given what is happening in Paris right now I don’t think I want to write about anything except to share how sad I am for everyone impacted by the horrible events taking place in Paris tonight. There is not a lot of information out now so it’s too early to know everything that is going on but many people lost their lives tonight and it sounds like people are still in danger. CNN is playing in the background as I write this and the latest I have heard is that France is closing it’s borders and canceling flights into and out of France.
I know that I have blog readers all over the world, which means that some of your are in Paris. My thoughts and prayers go out to you, your families, and your friends. It is so sad to see something too terrible taking place in 2015 in what truly is a world class city.
At times like this I am reminded just how short life is and how important it is to cherish every single moment. You would think that as a society, in 2015, we would have evolved enough to live in a world where things like this are no longer a reality. Sadly we have not. Please take a moment to stop what you’re doing and send your thoughts and prayers to everyone in Paris.
