At one time there was a battle of CMS’s, Joomla, Drupal, WordPress and many more. Countless articles were written comparing them as a CMS deathmatch was taking place. Then WordPress pulled ahead, far ahead, and never looked back. Now we are living in a WordPress world with an estimated 20%-25% of all new websites coming out on the WordPress platform. There have been a whopping 98 versions of WordPress published as consistant innovation is definitely one of the reasons why WordPress has emerged as the CMS to rule them all.
